Terms of sending international parcels
It is forbidden to send the following items in the parcels:
- Any kind of weapons, electroshock devices, and major parts of firearms
- Drugs and narcotics of any origin, psychotropic substances
- Radioactive substances
- Gunpowder, explosive, corrosive, flammable or other dangerous substances
- Medications, supplements, vitamins
- Animals and plants
- Food, alcohol, cigarettes
- Human remains and bodies/organs
- Jewelry, precious metals and stones
- Money and financial documents in any form: money orders, checks, vouchers, securities, bonds, coupons, promotions and credit cards
- Postage Stamps
- Articles and publication of obscene and content, pornography in all forms
- Radio telephones
The items that are prohibited for carriage by the World Association of Transport.
Objects which by their nature or packaging can be dangerous for workers who move parcels.
Additional restrictions for the air shipments:
- Sparklers and fireworks
- Gases in any packaging, including pepper and tear gas
- Flammable liquids, perfumes, colognes, nail polish, etc.
- Any fuel and empty containers of it
- Coating products, any paint and solvents to them

- no customs duties are due if sent a maximum of two parcels your recipient in the value of up to 45 euros

Custom rules of ZahidPost
1) If, during registration, you indicate your e- mail address, ZahidPost reserves the right to send promotional messages of the company.
2) parcels weighing over 70 pounds are delivered only to the first door, also such parcels may be delayed for further verification at customs
3) company ZahidPost does not deliver parcels to hard to get places, where there is no road surface or when the weather conditions do not allow delivering the parcel.
4) ZahidPost Company may work on customer complaints and conduct an internal investigation within three months after the submission of a written complaint by a customer. Without filing a written complaint ZahidPost bears no responsibility for the claims of the client.
5) Company officials are not required to consider a complaint or seek a parcel if the client does not have a copy of the customs declaration or knows parcel number.
6) if the customer does not know the parcel number or does not have a copy of customs declaration and exhibits complaints to ZahidPost, the company's administration will evaluate a case as provocation, as many customers do not remember by which company they sent a parcel and require compensation.
7) if the recipient has been informed about the delivery date and time and was not present at that address, he will receive a message that will indicate that courier's phone number, which the recipient is required to contact. If in the message the customer was given an address, he is required to pick up the package by himself within three business days. If the recipient does not pick up a parcel within the above-mentioned period, he will be charged an additional fee for warehousing
ZahidPost is not liable for delivery of parcels late in these cases:
1) If the employees of our company cannot deliver the parcel within the specified period due to force majeure, weather conditions.
2) if the delivery period falls on public holidays in the country to which the parcel is being delivered
3) If the parcel was not sent in time because of the holidays in the GB.
4) if a listed phone number is invalid, our couriers will not deliver the parcel if they where not able to previously contact the recipient
5) if the parcel was delayed for whatever reason by customs. Our company is not responsible for the actions at the customs services in the country where the parcel has been sent to
6) if the address of recipient has been changed while the parcel was in transit
7) if the recipient was informed about the delivery time, but was not present at the address
ZahidPost is obligated to pay that amount paid by the customer for our services if the late delivery was determined to be the fault of our employees.
Insurance and compensation in case of damage, theft or disappearance of a parcel:
1) Each parcel is automatically insured for $ 70
2) each client has the right to insure the parcel by paying an additional 5% of the actual cost. The maximum amount of insurance cannot exceed $600
3) In case of theft or damage to the parcel ZahidPost agrees to pay the amount of missing or damaged goods, if the product and its value have been previously stated in the customs declaration.
4) The cost of items in the parcel may not exceed the amount allowed for import into the country to which the parcel is being sent.
5) In the case of the disappearance of the parcel, ZahidPost undertakes to pay the insurance and the amount paid by the customer for the services of the company.
6) ZahidPost is not liable for damage inside the parcel, if the parcel was delivered without damage outside.
7) ZahidPost disclaims the ability for theft or damage to the parcel, if the recipient has signed a declaration which states that by signing it he confirms that has no claims against ZahidPost.
8) if a special tape on the parcel that says "ZahidPost" has been broken or there are signs of the parcel being opened, the recipient must check the parcel together with our courier. If the recipient has not done this and took the parcel, ZahidPost disclaims all responsibilities related to compensation.
9) ZahidPost reimburses the compensation to the customers only with ZahidPost certificates, which the customer may use to pay for future parcels.
10) If the customer does not agree with the rules of paragraph 9 of the ZahidPost users agreement, the administration of the company can only pay in cash the amount of insurance.
